Cutting Board Care
Can last generations when cared for properly.
Wash After Use: Rinse your board with hot water and very diluted mild dish soap after each use to clean off food particles and bacteria. Avoid soaking it, as that can lead to warping or cracking.
Hand-Wash Only: NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
Deep Clean: For a thorough clean, scrub with a baking soda and water paste, then rinse well. You can also sanitize the board with vinegar or lemon juice to kill bacteria and get rid of odors.
Oil Regularly: Keep your board in top shape by oiling it once a month with food-grade mineral oil or a cutting board-specific oil. This helps prevent drying, cracking, and warping while making the wood more resistant to moisture. Apply with a soft lint free towel and let it soak in for at least 20 minutes.
